Vegan Caramel Sauce
Equipment
- High speed blender
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tea vanilla
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c almond or cashew butter
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- pinch of salt, if desired
Instructions
- Add all ingredient to the blender.
- Blend at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Sauce should have a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
