Vegan Caramel Sauce

I hope this Vegan Caramel Sauce recipe rocks your world like it has rocked mine. It is amazingly delicious! It is made with all natural ingredients and does not include dairy or oil! Pairs wonderfully with "nice" cream, sliced apples, chocolate, or the dessert or fruit of your choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tea vanilla
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 c almond or cashew butter
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • pinch of salt, if desired

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredient to the blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sauce should have a smooth, creamy consistency.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
