I love these simple and delicious overnight oats. The convenience of grabbing a jar out of the fridge and being on the go makes breakfast a breeze. The creaminess and variety you can create with this overnight oats recipe is spectacular. You can add any type of fresh or frozen fruit from mango, blueberries, peaches, apples, bananas, cherries and the list goes on. Some people like savory oats; while others add riced cauliflower or spinach. There is a chocolate version I truly enjoy and will eat sometimes as a dessert. Top your oats with peanut butter, almond butter, coconut flakes, etc., or keep it simple with the oats and fruit. It all depends on your goals. Either way, so simple, yummy and delicious.
