Place 1/2 c of old fashioned oats in each jar.
Slightly cover the oats with a plant-based milk.
Stir in 1/4 of teaspoon of cinnamon to each jar, if desired
Add 1-2 tablespoon of maple syrup to each jar, if desired
Top with desired fruit. If using chopped apple, stir in the apple to prevent in from turning brown.
For chocolate oatmeal, stir in 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of cacao powder along with 1 tablespoon of dairy-free chocolate chips
Top any jar with other toppings such as peanut butter, almond butter, coconut flakes, etc. Make them your own!
