Pumpkin Spice Latte - Vegan Style
This pumpkin spice latte is so amazingly delicious. No one will know it is vegan. Family and friends alike have enjoyed it for years.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tea pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Fill a coffee mug half full with coffee.
- In a small saucepan, add the remaining ingredients.
- Heat and froth over low to medium heat. Froth the plant-based milk and ingredients with a whisk or batter operated frother.
- Once heated through and a frothy, add to the coffee mug that is filled with half full with coffee.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin spice or cinnamon, if desired. ENJOY!
