Pumpkin Spice Latte - Vegan Style

This pumpkin spice latte is so amazingly delicious. No one will know it is vegan. Family and friends alike have enjoyed it for years.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tea pumpkin spice

Method
 

  1. Fill a coffee mug half full with coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat and froth over low to medium heat. Froth the plant-based milk and ingredients with a whisk or batter operated frother.
  4. Once heated through and a frothy, add to the coffee mug that is filled with half full with coffee.
  5. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice or cinnamon, if desired. ENJOY!
