Pickled Onions - 2 Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 32 oz distilled white vinegar, approximate amount
Instructions
- Peel the onion and thinly slice it.
- Place the onion slices in an airtight jar.
- Pour enough vinegar in the jar to cover the top of the onions.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate.
- Let sit overnight or all day then ENJOY!
- Store in the refrigerator.
