Ingredients
Method
- Peel the onion and thinly slice it.
- Place the onion slices in an airtight jar.
- Pour enough vinegar in the jar to cover the top of the onions.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate.
- Let sit overnight or all day then ENJOY!
- Store in the refrigerator.

If you find that straight vinegar is too strong for your taste, add some water. Try 1/3 water to 2/3 vinegar.
