The crackers are full of seeds, thin, and super crispy! It is hard to eat just one! Oil-free, dairy-free, healthy, and delicious! They crisp up so nicely in the oven. Delicious with the Chickpea salad or any dip. Recipe created by Jane and Ann Crile Esselstyn.

Oil-Free Seeded Crackers

This recipe for oil-free seeded crackers is not only healthy but it is so delicious. It is hard to eat just one! The crackers are full of seeds, thin, and super crispy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c whole oats
  • 1 c chickpea flour
  • 1/2 c sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c white sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • pinch of salt, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir.
  • Add the water to the dry ingredients and mix. Let the mixture rest for a minute.
  • Spread a thin layer onto the cookie sheet. Make it as thin as possible. 1/8"
  • Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, take the pan out and score the crackers for the size desired.
  • Return to the oven for 40 minutes. Check crispness after 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the crackers rest in the oven for an additional 10 minutes if necessary to reach desired crispness.
