Creamy Raspberry Nice Cream

- high powered blender or VitaMix
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas, sliced into chunks
- 1 c frozen or fresh raspberries
- 4 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter, optional
- 1/2 tea vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place the frozen bananas, raspberries, milk, nut butter and vanilla in a high powered blender.
- Blend until smooth. It will be necessary to tamp the fruit down or stop occasionally and stir and scrape the sides.
- Blend until all chunks are gone and the mixture is smooth.
- Divide into dishes to eat immediately or place into an airtight container and freeze for later use. If frozen, it may need to sit at room temperature to soften a bit before serving.
