This creamy, dairy-free, raspberry nice cream is velvety smooth and delicious. It is very refreshing on a hot summer day. It also pairs nicely with these Fudgy Vegan Brownies.
Place the frozen bananas, raspberries, milk, nut butter and vanilla in a high powered blender.
Blend until smooth. It will be necessary to tamp the fruit down or stop occasionally and stir and scrape the sides.
Blend until all chunks are gone and the mixture is smooth.
Divide into dishes to eat immediately or place into an airtight container and freeze for later use. If frozen, it may need to sit at room temperature to soften a bit before serving.
