This vibrant Green Goddess dressing is lite, vegan and so tasty. Delicious without all the calories and very simple to make as well. It contains no oil so therefore has fewer calories. This tasty dressing is a great compliment to any salad and works great on fresh or cooked veggies as well. My family loves it!
Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Equipment
- Vitamix, Ninja or high powered blender
Ingredients
- 1/4 c cashews
- 1/4 c nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tea salt (optional)
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 small onion
- 1 c basil leaves
- 1 c spinach leaves
Instructions
- Place wet ingredients in the blender.
- Next add the dry ingredients.
- Blend well for 1-2 minutes or until smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
