Cream Beet Dip

- 1 food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 2 roasted beets, medium size
- 1/3 c walnuts
- 1/3 c plain yogurt, vegan
- 2-3 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tea cumin
Instructions
- Add the beets, walnuts, tahini, yogurt, lemon juice and garlic to the blender.
- Blend well to thoroughly mix all of the ingredients.
