This Creamy Lemon-Tahini Dressing is so lemony and full of flavor, and it is oil-free! With the added garlic and Dijon mustard it has a real zing to it. It pairs well with a nice salad or wrap. So creamy, plant-based and made with any mayonnaise. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Creamy Lemon-Tahini Dressing | Oil-Free
Ingredients
- 1/4 c tahini
- 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice, adjust to taste
- 2 tea Dijon mustard
- 2 tea maple syrup
- 1/2 tea salt, optional
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ice-cold water to thin out dressing
Instructions
- Whisk the tahini, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of ice cold water to thin the dressing to a desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust ingredients as needed. I sometimes add extra lemon juice for a more lemony flavor.
