Method
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350°.
- To a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir.
- Add the water to the dry ingredients and mix. Let the mixture rest for a minute.
- Spread a thin layer onto the cookie sheet. Make it as thin as possible. 1/8"
- Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take the pan out and score the crackers for the size desired.
- Return to the oven for 40 minutes. Check crispness after 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the crackers rest in the oven for an additional 10 minutes if necessary to reach desired crispness.
