Easy Vegan Fruit Smoothie Bowl
This fruit smoothie bowl is so delicious, quick, and easy to make. It is very versatile since you use whatever frozen and fresh fruit you enjoy.
Equipment
- high speed blender, ninja foodi smoothie bowl maker, VitaMix
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 pkt acai frozen fruit, optional
- 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 3 sliced strawberries, for topping
- 1/2 sliced banana, for topping
- 1/8 cup granola or grape nuts cereal, for topping
- 1/3 cup almond milk, or your choice of plant milk
Instructions
- Add the plant milk to the blender cup.
- Place the frozen fruit and the spinach in the blender cup with the plant milk.
- Blend on high until smooth. It may take a few cycles. You can add more plant milk if needed. If adding more plant milk, do so in small amounts until you get the consistency you like.
- Remove the blended fruit from the blender cup and top with sliced fruit and cereal.
- Enjoy! It is so good!
