Method
- Whisk the tahini, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of ice cold water to thin the dressing to a desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust ingredients as needed. I sometimes add extra lemon juice for a more lemony flavor.
