Yummy Vegan Sandwich

This yummy vegan sandwich on Ezekiel bread is great for a quick meal, work lunch or picnic. It is filling and nutritious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Ezekiel bread or any vegan bread
  • 3 tbsp hummus or mashed avocado
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • brocolli sprouts
  • lettuc,e, sliced onion, or other garnishes as desired

Method
 

  1. Toast 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread in toaster until slightly brown.

  2. Spread hummus or mashed avocado onto the pieces of toast.
  3. Top with sliced tomato and brocolli sprouts.
  4. Add other garnishings as desired. ENJOY!
