cocoa powder + 2 more tablespoons

hot water + 2 more tablespoons
Method
In a bowl or jar, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder.
Slowly stir in hot water and whisk into a smooth syrup.
Store in the refrigerator for approximately 2 weeks. Mixture will thicken in the refrigerator.
