Vegan Chocolate Syrup

Wow! This Vegan Chocolate Syrup recipe is so easy to make but is so delicious and can be used for many recipes. Top off a dessert, "nice" cream, make chocolate milk, hot chocolate, the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c coconut sugar, or your sugar preference
  • 1/4 c cocoa powder + 2 more tablespoons
  • 1/4 c hot water + 2 more tablespoons

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Slowly stir in hot water and whisk into a smooth syrup.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for approximately 2 weeks. Mixture will thicken in the refrigerator.
