- Add the cut of steel cut oats to instant pot container.
- Stir in 2-1/2 cups of water.
- Stir to combine then set to cook for 4 minutes without venting.
- Once cooked, allow to set for 20 minutes.
- Vent, stir, and add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Top with favorite fruit, nuts, etc. and enjoy!
