Nut-Free Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Most vegan parmesan cheeses are made with nuts. This nut-free version is simply delicious and can be used to enhance many dishes such as tomato dishes, pizza, veggies, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c whole oats
  • 1 c nutritional yeast
  • 1/2-1 tsp garlic salt or salt-free seasoning of choice

Equipment

  • 1 blender or food processor

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

I recommend starting with the lower amount of garlic salt (if using) and adjusting as needed.
