Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 c rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or favorite sweetener
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 inch piece ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend well - approximately 2 minutes.
  2. Add to your favorite salad, wrap, bowl, or dish. ENJOY!
