Creamy Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 c raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 c plant-based milk (I use soy)
  • dill, fresh or dried
  • chives, fresh or dried

Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add the cashews, hemp seeds, garlic clover, onion powder, salt, vinegar and plant milk to a small blender.
  2. Blend for approximately 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
  3. Stir in desired amount of dried chives and dried dill. We use approximately 1 tbsp. of each.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for approximately 5 days. The dressing will thicken as it cools.
