Chopped Fresh Veggies
At the beginning of the week, I always try to chop fresh vegetables to have on hand throughout the week. We eat them with dressing or hummus, or add them to salads. I find they are an easy go-to snack instead of grabbing something unhealthy in the moment because of hunger. This helps keep everyone on track and saves time throughout the week.
