Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas then pat dry. Add them to a mixing bowl.
- To the bowl add the spices and mix well.
- Spread spiced chickpeas on a small baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator up to a week.
