This is the perfect Breakfast on the Go! It is simple, delicious, and can be enjoyed on the go! It can be made in advance AND it incorporates a fruit, protein and carb! Perfect for the busy professional that needs a quick meal, the busy mom or dad that wants to ensure they and their children have a nutritious breakfast/snack, and perfect for those state testing days for students and teachers!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Ezekiel bread, Dave's Killer Bread, or tortillas
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice, peanut butter, almond butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • cinnamon, optional

Instructions
 

  • If using bread, lightly toast. If using a tortilla, slightly warm in microwave.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon on each piece of bread or each tortillas.
  • Add half of the sliced banana to each piece of toast/tortillas.
  • Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
