Method
- Peel the bananas and cut into thirds.
- Cut off a thin slice of the banana length-wise to create a flat surface for the top.
- Place the banana slices on a platter or in an 8x8 pan with the flat surface on top.
- Coat the top (flat side) of the banana with the vegan caramel sauce. Recipe link is below in notes.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce with the vegan chocolate syrup. Recipe link is below in notes.
- Add the chopped peanuts as a topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the syrup and caramel to set.
- Store in the refrigerator.
